The Dead Evil Returns: New Film Announced

The film will be a spin-off of the series “Evil Dead”. It is not surprising, as the main series with Ash has already concluded, so it’s likely that every subsequent film in the universe may turn out to be side stories. These, however, have enormous potential.

Lee Cronin surprised everyone with a bloody spin-off in which demons attacked a residential block. Previously, Fede Alvarez achieved considerable success with the remake of the first part, which was controversial for some but quite successful for others. Nonetheless, Sam Raimi, the creator of the franchise, had previously explained that his goal is to seek young and aspiring filmmakers who could direct the next films in the series.

This marks his full-length debut, in which the suburban block residents must deal with a plague of deadly spiders. Evidently, the film has demonstrated the director’s potential, which Raimi noticed. Details of the project are not yet known.
