THOUSANDS MOBILIZE ACROSS PENNSYLVANIA FOR THE WOMEN’S MARCH ON WASHINGTON

PHILADELPHIA – The Pennsylvania Chapter of the Women’s March on Washington is proud to announce the effort is underway to mobilize thousands of residents who wish to participate in the historic event in the Nation’s Capital on January 21, 2017. This comes as the world recognizes Human Rights Day, December 10, a global call by the United Nations to stand up for someone’s rights, whether it is on the street, in school, at work, in the voting booth, or in social media. Working Together to Inspire Change in Pennsylvania and D.C.

PHILADELPHIA – The Women’s March on Washington – Pennsylvania Chapter is honored to be endorsed by State Senator Daylin Leach (D – Montgomery/Delaware).  The Pennsylvania Chapter of the Women’s March is leading the effort in the Keystone State to mobilize residents in the Nation’s Capital on January 21, 2017. The historic event will send a bold message to the new administration on their first day in office, and to the world, that women’s rights are human rights.  Senator Leach and his family have committed to join thousands of Pennsylvanians for the march in D.C.
